Group Retreats / Pilgrimages

Due to limited space availability, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. All payments are due no later than 60 days before the retreat commencement date.We strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case extenuating circumstances force you to cancel your trip. Cancellations: If you must cancel your reservation, all payments made to and received by us, less your deposit, will be refunded if our office receives written cancellation at least 60 days before the program’s start date. If the written cancellation is received between 50 days, inclusive, before the start date, We will retain the non-refundable deposit plus a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price plus any costs paid to or incurred by us to your reserved attendance. If the written cancellation is received between 30 days, inclusive, before the start date we will retain the non-refundable deposit plus a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price; and if the written cancellation is received between 29 and 1 day before the start, or if the participant fails to attend (no-show), the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price. If a refund is approved, such refund will be made no sooner than 45 days after receipt of the written cancellation notice. Although we will do everything possible to hold programs and retreats as scheduled, cancellations may occur for reasons beyond the control of us (natural calamities or political issues including, but not limited to, war, closure of borders, etc.), terrorism or threats of terrorist activities, or acts of other third parties (including, but not limited to, the canceling of reservations by conference centers, hotels, etc.) If a program, course, or retreat is cancelled for reasons indicated in this paragraph, or for any other reason beyond the control of us, then the participant will be given a credit to attend a future program, or retreat of the same nature as the cancelled event for a period of two years. No refunds will be issued for cancellations beyond the control of us.
